From the Annual Meeting Minutes of the SCWBA on 5-20-1978, Virginia Mosher introduced Mrs. Jayne Wetmore of Charleston as the 1978 SCWBA inductee into the Hall of Fame for Meritorious Service. Introduced also was Mrs. Wetmore’s husband (Daniel Wetmore) attending this honor. Miss Mosher then reviewed the accomplishments of Mrs. Wetmore and her contributions to the game of tenpins, and presented her with the Hall of Fame awards. She then recognized Mrs. Sallie Heiser, Charleston WBA President, who presented Mrs. Smith with a gift from the Charleston WBA and extended their congratulations.
