The South Carolina United State Bowling Congress is proud to award three scholarship in the amount of $3,000., $2,000. and $1,000. The number of scholarships and the amount of each could change. Our scholarship is named for Jim Hawkins, Walt Payment and Gene Tinman who were instrumental in establishing our scholarship program.
