Tina Brown sent the following information in an email on October 9, 2020: I hope you are all doing well. Attached you will find the Pepsi 2020-2021 rules, guide and entry forms. There are a few changes this year, so please let me know if you have any questions. Remember the qualifying ration is 1:3. Also make sure the bowlers order shirts appropriately. They are running small, so bowlers may want to size up. We will follow the state dress code. Let me know if you need anything or have questions. I will release the pattern in a few months.
