Arthur Cox

Arthur Cox started his bowling career in 1969 in Greenwood and Anderson, SC.  Arthur served as secretary/treasurer of the Tri City leagues for several years.  After serving as director and Vice President of three local associations, he became President for three years (1995-1998).  Art was elected into the Anderson Bowling Association Hall of Fame in 1999.  Art was elected as local life member in 1998.  Art bowls in all the tournaments and is an advisor for the 250 Masters in Augusta, GA.  Art is currently serving as a Director on the South Carolina USBC Bowling Association.   Art has bowled a high series of 745 and hig game of 297.  Art loves the sport of bowling and continues to volunteer on both local and state level.  Congratulations to Arthur Cox on your induction into the South Carolina Hall of Fame under the Meritorious Service category.
