Ray has been a member of SCUSBC for 39 years. He has worked with the youth program for 25 years in the capacity of board member and a certified coach.
Ray is hard working and dependable member in the youth program in the Spartanburg area. He is a great coach and was very helpful in that he used video instruction. He was one of the first to use this type of coaching technique which is still being used today. He has assisted with several learn-to-bowl clinics in the upstate area.
Ray encourages youth bowlers to continue with their bowling after youth and go into the adult certified leagues.
We would like to congratulate Ray on being inducted into the South Carolina USBC Hall of Fame for 2007 in the Youth Category.
