Charlie Tomey inducted by Red McMahan
Barbara and I are from Waynesboro, VA. We moved to Spartanburg in 1991 with my work in textiles with Spartan Mills. Barbara is a retired educator and I’m retired from my recent position in automotive sales. We have two adult children, Chris,who lives in Charlotte and Ali Strickland who lives in Beaufort. We have three grandchildren, Austin Tomey, Emma Cate & Charlie Ann Strickland.
My membership with ABC/USBC started in the mid 1960’s. I’ve bowled several 300 games and 800 series. I
finished 4th in the 2011 Sr Masters in Columbus,Ohio. I also have three PBA 50/60 Regional Titles. I have also been a PBA Member since 1995.
